Return and Refund Policy

For digital products that have already been delivered, returns or refunds are only possible if the product key has not been redeemed. Once the key is redeemed on the respective platform, it becomes non-refundable, as it can only be activated once.
 

Kartikeya Consulting Services reserves the right to verify the product key’s validity within seven (7) calendar days. If the key has already been activated, we reserve the right to deny the refund, as the service has been provided as agreed. If the product has not yet been delivered, you may cancel and request a refund at any time—even after the standard 15-day period. To cancel, customers must contact us via email at info@kartikeyagroup.com with a clear statement of their decision.
 

Refunds may also be issued for defective products, such as invalid or already redeemed keys, provided we are notified within 15 days of delivery via email at info@kartikeyagroup.com. We may request additional documentation or proof to validate the reported issue.
 

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
 

  • The product key is reported as redeemed after 15 days from the delivery date.

  • Dissatisfaction arises from the product content or features.

  • The user's device does not meet the minimum system requirements for the product.
     

Full Refund:
 

Customers are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
 

  • The software, OS, or game was purchased in error or is no longer needed, and the key has not been redeemed.

  • The refund request is made within 15 days of purchase.

  • For pre-orders, customers may request a refund at any time before the product key is delivered.

  • If the product key does not function as expected, Kartikeya will issue a full refund or provide a replacement key after reviewing the case.
     

Partial Refund:
 

If a customer purchases multiple licenses in a single order and requests a refund for only one, a partial refund will be issued for the specific product(s) in question.
 

Order Cancellations:

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges (excluding any extra costs from non-standard delivery options), within 15 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless it does not support refunds—in which case, an alternative method will be arranged. No fees will be charged for processing the refund.
 

Note: We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we confirm that the product has not been used. For digital products, this means the key must not have been redeemed.
 

If the product has already been delivered, the customer must notify us promptly via email to initiate the cancellation process. If the key has already been redeemed, a refund will not be issued.
